If you have already made your application for a marriage license and have problems finding a notary or have decided to use our in resort notary and courier service, you can use this form to add the service to your application. REMEMBER this service is only available to couples staying in the Orlando Area. and you must be in resort a minimum of 3 business days prior to your wedding to use the service, unless you have made special arrangements with a License To Marry associate.
